Davion Healthcare Plc is a UK Registered Public Limited Company specialising in the manufacture and distribution globally of own brand Medical Supplies and Services.

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is comprised of three Executive Directors and one Non-Executive Director.

Jack Kaye – Chairman & Chief Executive

With over 45 years’ business experience, Jack established one of the first mobile phone network resellers in the early eighties, which was eventually sold to Hutchison Whampoa and formed part of what became the Orange mobile phone network in the UK.

He is a serial entrepreneur and has a history of developing a number of successful businesses, many from a start-up position, and has held and currently holds Executive positions, including that of CEO, on the boards of a number of Companies in both Europe and North America.

David Over – Commercial Director

David has over 30 years of extensive international leadership serving at the C-Level for a variety of British and American companies. He has helped them transform and align their strategies, marketing, products, people and systems to accelerate breakthrough growth. He has held leadership positions as CEO, COO and CMO.

With a solid track record of success leading financial growth, digital transformations, operational change, building start-ups within global businesses, and rapidly developing businesses. David has been actively involved in development and funding of a number of public and private companies in the UK and USA.

Providing executive leadership across major business areas: Operations, Strategy, M&A, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships & Alliances across a variety of B2B and B2C sectors, including digital marketing, magazine publishing, fintech and environmental energy.

George Jackson – Director

After an initial career start in Marketing with Mars Ltd, George became Sales Director in 1971 of a London based photography processing business, progressing to MD until the business was sold in 1988.

He then moved into Event Management and acted as a Consultant to companies looking to move into the restaurant, events and licensed premises markets, giving him extensive practical knowledge of company acquisition assessments. A serial entrepreneur, he has invested and developed a wide range of businesses from the ground up, including a specialist Photography chain and a number of Restaurants and Event venues. He has provided consultancy services to several start-up businesses and aided in the restructuring of others.

With over 45 years of business experience, George brings a wealth of knowledge to the management team.

Nigel Oakes – Non Executive Director

Nigel Oakes has over 30 years’ experience in senior management with direct responsibility for business management, marketing and sales functions. In his role as Managing Director of a Creative Supply Solutions Limited he worked tirelessly on providing innovative sanitizing products to both UK and overseas markets.

Throughout his career, sales has always been his passion. Nigel moved from an accountancy based career into sales, rapidly moving from field sales account manager through to the role of Group Sales Director responsible for an annual turnover in excess of £25 million pounds.
